Types of Stalls Available
There are 2 types of stalls available:

1. Table Site
Stallholders trade from a table only. Table tops are 1.8 m long and 1.1 wide

2. 3m X 3m Site
These sites are suitable for stallholders who have their own racks and/or tents/marquees.

DAILY RATES (GST included)

Table Site Hire: Daily Rate
If you have your own product liability insurance: $180
3m X 3m Site Daily Rate
If you have your own product liability insurance: $230

Equipment Hire Daily Rate
Table with fitted white table cloth: $15
White market umbrella and white base: $15

Insurance
An additional daily rate of $15.00 is levied on stall fees for stallholders who do no have their own public liability insurance cover.

Parking
All day parking is available at the several Council car parking stations located close to the Market. These car parks charge approximately $18.00 for all day parking. Free on-street parking is also available close to the Market on Sundays and within walking distance on Saturdays and Mondays.

Bad Weather Policy
The Market will trade in all weather conditions. Stallholders should not apply for a stall unless they are prepared to take the risk on weather.

If I secure a stall booking, can I request a particular stall space?
Stalls will be allocated with two considerations in mind. Firstly, on the basis of how early you book. Secondly, by taking into account an appropriate spread of product categories and stall space requirements.

When will I know my stall location?
We will advise you of your stall location about one week prior to the Market date by email or post.

A Traffic Management Plan will also be provided to you at that time to give you directions on how to get to the Market, where to unload and to confirm your Arrival Time.

What's it like unloading and loading my vehicle?
We have 20 short term (15 min) parking bays where you may drop off/pick up your equipment and products very close to your stall. These bays can only be used during set up and pack up times and you must drive your vehicles out of the bays as soon as you have loaded/unloaded your vehicle.
