Narrabeen Village Market at Berry Reserve
Frequently Asked Questions

Eligible Products
Arts, craft, jewellery, collectibles, home wares, exotic items, designer fashions and much more.
A limited number of food stalls are permitted.

Location
Berry Reserve, Narrabeen. Refer to map.

Times
Set Up: 7am to 9am. All vehicles must be on site by 8.30 am.
Trading Hours: 9am to 4pm
Pack Up: 4pm to 6pm

Stall Sizes
Stall sizes vary but most stalls generally include a 3 metre frontage and a minimum 3 metre depth. Please specify whether you require a 3 X3 gazebo tent space, a table space (3 metre frontage and approx 2 metre depth) or any other type of configuration in your Booking Form.

Parking, Loading & Unloading
Stallholder Parking is available within the Market.
Stallholders may drive in, drop off their equipment & products at their stall and then drive to the Stallholder Parking Area within the Market.

Daily Stall Fees
Fees are payable monthly in advance. On the 1st Market day, you may book and pre-pay for the next month.

If you do NOT have public liability insurance	$75.00	$110.00

Equipment Hire
- Trestle Table Dimensions: 2.1m X 0.9m (7' X 3').
- Daily Rate: $11 per trestle table.
Stallholders may pay for equipment hire on the day.

Insurance
Blue Sky Events has taken out a $20 million public liability policy which covers stallholders. An additional daily rate of $6.00 is levied on stall fees for stallholders who do no have their own insurance cover i.e $69.00 with insurance, $75.00 NO insurance. Food Stall fees increase by $10.00 if you do not have insurance.

Bad Weather Policy
The Market will trade in all weather conditions.
Stallholders should not apply for a stall unless they are prepared to take the risk on weather.

When will I know my stall location?
We will advise you of your stall location in the week prior to the Market date by email or post. A Traffic Management Plan will also be provided to you at that time to give you directions on how to get to the Market, where to unload, park and to confirm your arrival times.
